On the 16th of October every year we celebrate National Bosses Day. This special occasion began in 1958 when Patricia Bays Haroski decided to honor her father, who was also her boss, for the many tasks he attended to daily that went unnoticed. Seeing how hard he worked, she wanted to give employees the opportunity to show their boss appreciation and gratitude. She chose his birthday to be the specific date, and four years later Bosses Day was made official.
