Our shop is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
When and how can I place orders?
Do you offer same day delivery?
Place your order by 12 noon and it will be delivered by the end of the day, Monday through Saturday.
How will I know that my order has been received?
All online orders are confirmed by e-mail. If you place an order by fax you will be contacted by e-mail, return fax or by telephone to confirm your order.
Will my order be right?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items. For out-of-town orders, we work with the most quality-conscious florists in the nation and back their work with our own 100% satisfaction guarantee. If not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at 615-833-8555.
Are there any delivery fees?
There is a standard fee to deliver to the entire Metro Nashville area and many surrounding communities extending from Franklin to Hendersonville, and from Mt. Juliet to Antioch . If special delivery by courier is required, additional charges will be incurred. Each out of town order carries a wire relay charge as well as a delivery fee.
Are taxes added to my order?
The current tax rate of 9.25% is applied to all orders whether placed in person, by phone or over the internet.
How will I know that my order has been successfully delivered?
All deliveries are made on the date you request unless there are special, unforeseen complications.
