Full Time Floral Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Floral Design Leadership: Lead a team of skilled florists, providing guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to achieve artistic excellence in every arrangement.
- Design and Execution: Oversee the creation of stunning and unique floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces,
custom designs, ensuring they align with our brand's aesthetic and customer preferences.
-Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.
-Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee freshness, health, and durability of all floral products.
-Customer Engagement: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer preferences and develop -new design concepts to meet market demands.
-Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the floral design team, keeping them up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
-Cost Control: Manage and optimize design costs while maintaining a high level of product quality.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in floral design and management. CFD and/or AFID certification preferred.
-Strong creative and artistic skills.
-Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
-Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
-Is available to work weekends and holidays.
-Is flexible to work some evenings during holiday seasons.
